Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Lace must remain in the condition received.
Please contact us before returning an item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customized or altered items are not eligible for return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Wig Cap & Size Guide
Most of our ready-to-wear wigs feature an adjustable cap designed to fit most head sizes. Adjustable straps and built-in combs help provide a secure, comfortable fit.
Before ordering, measure your head circumference around the hairline, passing behind the ears and around the nape. Cap construction and fit may vary by style. If you need help choosing the right fit, please contact us before placing your order.
Hair Care Instructions
Gently detangle the hair from the ends upward before washing. Wash with lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo, then apply a moisturizing conditioner.
Allow the wig to air dry on a wig stand whenever possible. Before using heat tools, apply a heat protectant and use low-to-medium heat.
For curly or wavy textures, avoid brushing the hair when dry. Refresh the pattern with water and a lightweight curl product. Store the wig in a satin bag or on a wig stand when not in use.
