Because our products are made with human hair, minor variations in texture, curl pattern, color, density, length, and finished appearance may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product length is generally measured when the hair is stretched unless otherwise stated. Curly and wavy products may appear shorter in their natural state.

We do not guarantee that the appearance of a product will be identical to how it appears on your screen or in promotional photographs.

All product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from YOURHAIR WIGS.

YOURHAIR WIGS reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business, payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, compliance, or shipping reasons.

Your order is not accepted until we have successfully processed your payment and sent you an order confirmation or otherwise confirmed acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or customization has begun.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for lawful personal or household use and are not intended for unauthorized resale, fraudulent export, or other prohibited purposes.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and YOURHAIR WIGS.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and YOURHAIR WIGS, including injury, damage, loss, product quality, delivery, refunds, or customer service relating to products purchased from us.
